Effective from 1st November 2023, you may exchange and return your order within 7 working days from the date you received your order. 

Sale items and purchases made with discount codes are NOT eligible for exchange and refund.

To be eligible for a return and exchange, your item must not be a sale item, must be unworn, unmarked, unaltered, unwashed, and in a good clean condition with ALL tags still attached and in original packaging. Items that are damaged, marked, or altered will not be accepted.

Please log in to your INTCHA account, click ‘order’ and choose exchange or refund. Then, you may proceed to ship the item back to us within 7 days using any courier and kindly email us the receipt and your bank details for the reimbursement (Malaysia only, kindly note that we do not bear shipping costs for overseas returns and exchange)

Exchanges are only available for size and/or colour of the same style, subject to availability once your parcel reached our warehouse.

As exchanging for a different product is not allowed, we recommend you to return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the different product.

Kindly allow 4-7 working days for us to process all return and exchanges once the parcel has reaches our warehouse.
